We're seeking a highly capable Technical Delivery Manager with proven experience leading the delivery of complex infrastructure and cloud projects. This role will play a pivotal part in driving the successful scoping, planning, budgeting, scheduling, and deployment of modern technology solutions - from application containerisation and cloud-native platforms through to virtualisation and hyper-converged infrastructure migrations. You'll work closely with Product Owners, Technical Architects, and business stakeholders to ensure outcomes are delivered to a high standard, while navigating delivery risks and ensuring seamless operational transitions from legacy environments. **Key Responsibilities** * Define technical deliverables and resourcing requirements with Product Owners * Create and maintain delivery and resource plans, schedules, and budgets * Contribute to financial estimates and business cases for new initiatives * Identify, manage, and report on project risks, issues, and mitigations * Provide technical guidance and unblock challenges across delivery streams * Lead design discussions and champion sustainable solutions (containerisation, virtualisation, cloud) * Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure clear delivery actions * Monitor and report on project performance using PPM tools **Skills & Experience** * IT qualification (Level 5 or above) - e.g. NZC-IT, BIT * Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMI-PMP, or equivalent) * Agile certification (e.g. PRINCE2-Agile, PMI-ACP, ICAgile) * Strong knowledge of IT architecture (networks, security, hosting, cloud) * Proven track record delivering infrastructure or application modernisation projects * Experience in containerisation (Openshift, Kubernetes, Docker) and/or virtualisation & HCI (VMware, IBM Fusion, Nutanix) * Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills (including at C-Suite level) * Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business-friendly language **Why apply?** This role offers the opportunity to lead significant transformation programmes in a collaborative, future-focused environment.
