We're on the lookout for a highly experienced Digger Operator to join our team for a key project in the Hamilton region. About the Role: * Operate a 3.5T digger with precision and care * Extensive experience working around underground services is essential * Night shift work will be required at times * When not operating the digger, you'll be expected to assist with general labouring duties * Worksite has strict policies and procedures - attention to detail and compliance is a must What We're Looking For: * Proven experience operating diggers in sensitive environments * Strong understanding of safety protocols and site procedures * Flexibility to work night shifts when required * Physically fit and willing to get stuck into labouring tasks * Reliable, punctual, and a team player * Clean Ministry of Justice check * Pass a pre employment drug test Benefits: * Competitive pay rates * Supportive team environment * Opportunity to work on a high-profile site
