We’re after a gun digger operator to join a self-performing civil crew working across the Manawatū region. Land development will be a big part of the work, but you’ll also get stuck into a variety of civil projects — deep trenching, site cuts, backfill, roading, drainage, and more. We want someone who can do a clean final trim, jump on a shovel when needed, and most importantly — someone with a work ethic. This is a crew where everyone has each other's back, no egos, no passengers. Just solid people doing good work, day in and day out. You’ll be operating around deep trenches, confined spaces, and live services, so safety and awareness are key. Experience with trench shields and an understanding of ground conditions are a must.
