Ultimate Builders is seeking a driven, relationship-focused professional to join our high-performing team in the Waipa / Matamata /South Waikato Region. This is not an entry-level role. We’re after someone who knows the industry, understands new home design, is familiar with the sales process, and backs themselves to close deals. What You’ll Be Doing * Managing client enquiries from first contact through to signed contracts. * Delivering tailored design & build solutions on both client*owned land and our developments. * Meeting clients in show homes, on*site, and in their own homes where required. * Building strong, trust*based relationships * Providing design solutions that fit budgets and lifestyles. * Driving sales activity with energy, persistence, and professionalism.
