CENTRAL SILO SYSTEMS LTD SPECIALISE IN THE DESIGN, SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND SERVICE OF GRAIN STORAGE, GRAIN HANDLING EQUIPMENT, FEED MILLING EQUIPMENT, AND ANIMAL FEED SYSTEMS. About the role We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing on-site technical support, including installation, maintenance, and repair of our equipment. You will work closely with customers, ensuring their satisfaction while upholding our high standards. We cover the Manawatu and wider lower North Island regions. Key Responsibilities: Install, troubleshoot, and repair Dairy in shed feed systems, feed mills and grain storage and handling equipment on customer sites. Provide technical support to customers. Conduct routine maintenance and preventative checks on equipment. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve mechanical issues. Maintain detailed record of service activities and job notes. Collaborate with managers, other team members trades, and clients. Some travel is required. Skills & Qualifications: Full Class 1 Drivers license or higher Competent welding experience MIG/TIG/MAW Machining experience. Proven experience in a similar service or field engineering role. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additional qualifications would be a bonus HT license class 4 Crane loader Operators certificate Rigging and Slinging Working at heights Confined spaces What We Offer Competitive pay based on skills and experience. Additional hours over and above the standard 7:30am - 5:00pm Option of rostered weekend on call break down service. Away allowances & additional pay rates for out-of-town work. Maintenance Fitter

ANZCO Foods Manawatu has a full-time permanent Maintenance Fitter position available at our processing site on Ferry Road, Manawatu, this will be a twilight shift position and the hours of work will be between 12pm - and 9.30pm 5 days a week. You will need to have flexibility to work outside these hours during maintenance shutdowns and times where the plant is working weekends or overtime. We are a fast-paced environment meaning this position will be varied and busy requiring the successful Candidate to demonstrate organisational abilities and enthusiasm for a processing environment. The hourly rate for this position will be between $39.50 - $40.50 per hour. Whether it's welding, stripping down and rebuilding parts or fitting/assembling components on our processing lines, there will be a good variety of work Ultimately, you'll play a vital role in keeping our production process running and in line with the required standards and regulations. It's the ideal mix of installation, inspection, repair and preventative maintenance - keeping things running and in great condition, so when little issues crop up, they don't turn into massive problems (and unscheduled outages). Skills and experience we require are as follows: A mechanical or maintenance/diagnostics trade qualification or be in the process of gaining a qualification * The ability to think logically and remain calm under pressure * A working knowledge of manufacturing operations * Maintenance diagnostic or fault-finding experience and repair of industrial equipment * Knowledge and experience of reliability-based maintenance * Basic computer skills * Knowledge of monitoring and auditing for compliance * A good understanding of the Health & Safety requirements for a processing environment We deliver taste, nutrition, and wellbeing to the world with products made from New Zealand finest beef and lamb.
