We're looking for a reliable and experienced Carpet & Vinyl Layer ready to step into a Foreman-style role-combining hands-on installation with operational support from the office.   What You'll Be Doing: * Installing carpet, vinyl, and vinyl planks in residential and commercial spaces * Preparing subfloors, cutting and fitting materials, and delivering high-quality finishes * Supervising job sites and performing quality checks * Coordinating with builders, contractors, and clients * Assisting with daily job tracking, scheduling, and light paperwork * Stepping in with tools when the team is short-staffed * Representing the company professionally on every project   Benefits: * Supportive, tight-knit team with a solid work ethic * $32 - $40/hour starting rate, depending on experience * Company vehicle provided for work travel * Steady pipeline of work across residential and commercial sectors * Opportunities to travel nationwide for the project   What We're Looking For: * Proven experience in flooring - carpet and vinyl essential * Confident, honest, and able to lead by example * Capable of working independently while following clear directions * Strong communicator and team player * High attention to detail and pride in workmanship * Full NZ Driver's Licence required * Comfortable working on a variety of sites, including residential new builds and commercial jobs * Someone who values a respectful, down-to-earth team culture   Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 7:00am - 5:00pm Friday: 7:00am - 4:00pm   How to Apply?  Click APPLY NOW to submit your application.
