We're on the lookout for a part-time Payroll Clerk to help process weekly pays for our temporary staff. This is a Monday to Wednesday role, 8:30am to 5:00pm, based in our modern office in the Central City. You'll be responsible for: * Processing weekly staff wages using our payroll system * Processing leave * Answering phone and email questions about pays in a friendly and helpful way This job can get busy, so you'll need to be able to stay calm and focused. What We're Looking For: * Someone organised and good with numbers * Confident using a computer and entering data quickly and accurately to deadlines. * Friendly and professional when talking to others * Able to start straight away and available to work over the Christmas/New Year 2025-2026 period * Some flexibility to help cover extra days (like during school holidays or sick leave) would be a bonus Experience with payroll and an understanding of NZ payroll rules is helpful, but not a must if you're a quick learner.
