As part of the Customer Information Requests team, you will assess customer files and make informed decisions using a risk-based approach to provide the right information. You'll communicate effectively with customers, and other Oranga Tamariki teams and external agencies. You'll also be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement and participating in continuous learning and development.
