We’re now looking for an experienced Senior Joiner to join our growing team in Timaru. You’ll work closely with our Senior Contract Manager and wider production team, helping to deliver high-quality joinery across a range of timber projects. ____________________________________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Manufacture and deliver joinery projects to production quality and timeline standards • Construct and assemble timber doors, windows, and bespoke items (bars, counters, trusses, etc.) • Champion Health & Safety and uphold quality standards • Coach and support apprentices • Keep the workshop clean, organised, and safe ____________________________________________________________________ What We’re Looking For Experience & Skills • 3+ years’ experience in cabinetry/kitchen construction • Machining and plan setup for high-quality finish • Practical problem-solving and adaptability on the job • Full, clean driver’s licence • Able to pass drug tests (pre-employment and random) • On our wish list - 4+ years of experience in solid timber joinery • Skilled in building: • Solid timber windows and doors • Bespoke timber joinery items Personal Attributes • Strong planning and job execution skills • Confident, clear communicator • Team-focused and positive attitude • Passion for unique, complex, and challenging projects • Willingness to innovate and help improve production methods ____________________________________________________________________ How to Apply If you're an experienced joiner looking to join a high-quality, forward-thinking workshop in a great South Island location — we’d love to hear from you.
