Open Country Dairy’s story is a fantastic New Zealand story of growing from small origins to a serious player in the global dairy trade. Today we are New Zealand’s largest independent dairy processor, producing a range of premium dairy ingredients which are exported globally Awarua site has three Spray Process Milk Powder Driers, AMF and Milk Concentration Plants. All processes and equipment are modern and very automated. We are expanding and need some more Packing Operators. To be successful in this role, you will need: • A proven work ethic, be motivated and passionate about manufacturing • Experience in operating automated equipment • Excellent communication and computer literacy • Must be a strong team player • To be able to work 12hrs shifts and a traditional 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off shift pattern.
