With training, support, and development on offer, this is your chance to step into an essential industry and build a long-term future.  Your Responsibilities: * Manually handle and pack finished products. * Operate and monitor high-speed production machinery to ensure quality and efficiency. * Work collaboratively with the team to resolve production challenges. What You'll Need: * Previous manufacturing or production experience is essential * A commitment to long-term growth in the production sector * Comfortable with physically demanding, heavy (20kg +), and repetitive tasks. * Pass a Ministry of Justice check and drug test. Perks of the Job: * Potential pathway to permanent employment * Full PPE provided for your safety * Time and a half after 8 hours * Potential to pick up extra shifts Day and Hours:  Monday to Friday Morning Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm  Afternoon Shift: 2:20 pm - 10:20 pm Overtime available as required post-training - which may mean odd Saturday work.
