What We're Looking For: A person that's willing to learn, capable at admin and organisation - this is a hybrid role where you'll be on the front desk, greeting and interviewing candidates some days and out and about managing clients and filling roles other days! You'll learn the ins and outs of recruitment from some of our very best! * You must have an outgoing personality and love people interaction. * Adept at organization and compliance. * A flexible and adaptable solution-focused mindset * A passion for cultivating meaningful relationships with candidates and clients. * Alignment with our values and a seamless fit into our vibrant culture. * A valid driver's license. * Accountability, a can-do attitude and a proactive approach. * A passion for people and great customer service. * Agency recruitment experience would be an advantage. Your Impact: In this role, you'll be working as a team, registering candidates and getting them ready for work, managing a desk and building it further with BD and liaising with clients, while enjoying the support and resources Remarkable People has to offer. We're seeking someone with a genuine passion for people and exceptional customer service skills. Experience with agency recruitment would be an advantage but not essential. Attention to detail is crucial, and you'll need to quickly adapt to systems and processes.
