The role will include leading a team of carpenters, labourers and trade partners on site, whilst working with a Quantity Surveyor on Residential and Commercial projects. Role Description: * Planning and managing all areas of the construction project. * Leading and managing Health & Safety in all aspects. * Leading cost control and budget reporting. * Meeting Key Performance Objectives of the project. * Focus on quality and sustainability. * Construction duties if and when required, and compliance to policies, procedures, relevant building codes. * Liaising with clients and stakeholders to maintain a high service quality.
