Field Service Technician - Robotics & Automation About the Role We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join an established engineering business specialising in automation and robotic systems. This role provides the opportunity to work with advanced technology across a range of industries, both within New Zealand and overseas. The position suits someone with a strong mechanical, electrical aptitude and a professional approach who is looking to develop their skills further. Full training will be provided on robotic systems and equipment. Key Responsibilities Service, maintain and troubleshoot robotic and automation systems Provide on-site technical support for clients across food, beverage, and manufacturing sectors Undertake domestic travel throughout New Zealand and international assignments as required Deliver a high standard of customer service and represent the business professionally on-site What We Offer $40 per hour, + Overtime: 1.5x after 40 hours, 2x on weekends Company vehicle available after approximately 12 months (subject to performance) $30 away allowance per night when travelling Flights, accommodation, meals, and incidental costs covered Retain your own Airpoints and travel rewards (Get Amongst the lounges) Exposure to well-known national and international brands What We're Looking For Mechanical and electrical aptitude with a willingness to learn new technology Positive attitude and reliability in the field Trade qualification advantageous but not essential Flexibility to travel frequently within NZ and abroad Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in robotics and automation while gaining exposure to leading brands and international projects. cam@323.co.nz or 021 245 1149
