This role is ideal for someone with a Quantity Surveying degree and at least 5 years of experience in a commercial environment, particularly in Façade projects. About the role: * Contract Administration: Handle pre-contract and post-contract negotiations and communication with clients and suppliers. * Forecasting & Cashflows: Prepare monthly payment claims, manage contract variations, and extensions of time. * Estimations & Planning: Develop estimations based on drawings and specifications, including feasibility analysis and tender documentation. * Commercial Support: Assist the operations team with negotiation and dispute/claim resolution. * Process Development: Help develop and implement commercial management processes that minimise risks and maximise project performance. About you * Minimum 5 years of experience in Estimating/Quantity Surveying, specifically for commercial Façade projects. * Relevant Qualifications: A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. * Strong knowledge of Contract Law and hands-on experience with various forms of contracts, including NZS3910, NZS3915 & NZS3916. * Experience with progress claims, variations, extensions of time, and contract administration. * Proficiency in standard measurement methods and a proactive approach to resolving issues before they escalate.
