You thrive on collaborating with diverse teams, from product managers to engineers, to bring ideas to life. Perhaps you've honed your skills in a financial domain and understand the nuances of accounting systems (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks Online familiarity would be a bonus!). What you'll be doing (without the jargon): Basically, you'll be the champion for our users, ensuring their needs are at the heart of our product development. You'll be: Unearthing insights: Diving into user workflows, understanding their challenges, and translating those into actionable ideas for our tech teams. Shaping solutions: Working closely with our Product Managers (the PM pros!) to define and refine new features and improvements that make our users' lives simpler and their work more impactful. Bridging the gap: Articulating clear and concise requirements, ensuring a smooth flow from concept to build. Collaborating for success: Partnering with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure what we're building is spot-on. About the Role We’re looking for strong intermediate and senior level Business Analysts to join our team and own outcomes with a dedicated customer. You’ll utilize your SDLC expertise along with your general all-round awesome BA skills. This role will involve analytical business analysis, requirements gathering and influencing decisions within the Software Engineering and digital space. You will likely be responsible for leading multiple platform and application development teams, coordinating and scheduling team meetings, measuring progress and monitoring team performance along with your Delivery Manager. You will coordinate with subject matter experts to resolve impediments and understand key inter-team dependencies. What you’ll do: Establish and drive requirements gathering activities Organise and facilitate requirements workshops Create user personas and user journeys Creating documentation i.e. use cases, user stories, prototypes, wireframes, proposals and strategy documents Collaborate with Product Management and Product Ownership team to ensure value is being created and delivery backlogs are groomed and maintained. Influencing change that increases team performance at a sustainable pace. Building and promoting an open, trusting and respectful team environment; facilitating discussion, collaborative decision making and conflict resolution Providing support to the team(s) using a servant leadership style whenever possible and leading by example. Organizing and facilitating daily stand-ups, requirement estimation, sprint & release planning, demos and other related team meetings. About you: Pivotal for success in this team is your commitment to agile principles and practices, along with a passion for driving the customer experience and requirements on technically-lead projects. And of course, a key aspect being your ability to communicate with stakeholders to elicit requirements and seek opportunities to improve their business. About the Role The Change Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth transition from Cherwell to ServiceNow at an MSP. This role requires expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), change leadership, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation to drive adoption and ensure minimal disruption. Additionally, the Change Manager will evaluate and refine the operating model to optimize efficiencies, align with industry best practices, and leverage ServiceNow’s capabilities to enhance service delivery. Please note this is a 12-month fixed term employment opportunity. Key Responsibilities Change Leadership & Strategy Develop and execute a change management strategy aligned with the MSP’s business objectives. Identify potential risks and resistance and implement proactive mitigation plans. Define success metrics to measure adoption and effectiveness of the transformation Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Collaborate with executives, project teams, IT teams, and end-users to ensure smooth adoption. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and regular updates to address concerns and ensure buy-in. Develop clear and consistent communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed. Process, Operating Model & Technology Transition Assess the current operating model and identify opportunities for optimization with ServiceNow. Work alongside technical teams to align the new ServiceNow workflows with business needs. Recommend process refinements to maximize automation, efficiency, and scalability. Ensure process documentation and create reference materials for future optimization. Oversee data migration, system integrations, and testing to ensure seamless operational continuity Training & Adoption Design and implement training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills. Drive user acceptance testing (UAT) and feedback loops to refine the platform post-migration. Support ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance usability and efficiency. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in Change Management within ITSM environments. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL frameworks. Demonstrated success in leading large-scale transformations in MSPs. Extensive hands-on experience in delivery and go-live readiness for large-scale ITSM transformations, including legacy-to-modern platform migrations. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through cutover planning, hypercare execution, and stakeholder alignment to ensure seamless operational continuity. Expertise in evaluating and adjusting operating models to align with new technologies. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze business processes and align technology solutions accordingly. Familiarity with Cherwell and understanding of legacy system migration challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in penetration testing, including web application, wireless, API and internal testing.
