Toyota New Zealand is looking for a proactive and technically skilled individual to join our Business Technology team as a Digital Systems Support - TUNZ & WWW. This role is central to maintaining and enhancing our digital platforms, including the Toyota Store Network (TUNZ) and our core website. As Digital Systems Support - TUNZ & WWW , you'll be the go-to expert for maintaining and developing our digital systems. You'll work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure our platforms are stable, secure, and user-friendly. From supporting campaigns to coordinating system updates and training users, your work will directly impact Toyota's digital experience. This opportunity is permanent/full-time based on-site Monday – Friday at our Head Office in Palmerston North. What's involved in the role: * Provide technical support for Toyota's digital platforms (TUNZ and www), including troubleshooting, user training, and issue resolution * Coordinate system maintenance and updates, ensuring website stability, performance, and security across all devices * Manage vendor relationships, including hosting and support teams, to meet service level agreements and improve user experience * Lead testing and release cycles, including test planning, regression testing, and transitioning changes from development to production * Create and maintain documentation, such as user guides, system manuals, and reporting dashboards for stakeholders * Gather and analyse feedback from internal and external users to prioritize system improvements and enhance customer experience To be successful in this role, ideally you will have: Our ideal candidate is a tech-savvy problem solver who enjoys working with digital systems and collaborating across teams.
