We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic OTA & Local Agent Sales Manager to drive growth across our Online Travel Agent (OTA) and Local Agent channels. This is a pivotal leadership role focused on optimising existing partnerships, identifying new market opportunities, and delivering exceptional results in an increasingly integrated and digital tourism landscape. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage national OTA and Local Agent sales teams, fostering collaboration and high performance. * Develop and execute strategies to grow OTA and Local Agent market share in line with RealNZ’s brand and sales goals. * Optimise content and visibility across OTA platforms to maximise engagement and conversion. * Identify and onboard new digital distribution partners and platforms. * Provide expert insights and reporting to inform business decisions and forecast demand. * Coach and mentor direct reports to exceed KPIs and revenue targets. What You’ll Bring: * 5+ years in Key Account Management, with at least 2 years in the tourism industry. * Minimum 2+ years in OTA platform management responsibility * Strong understanding of Local Agents, DMCs, OTAs, and B2B/B2C sales channels. * In depth OTA content expertise and platform management - proven experience in creating, optimising and managing high quality content to maximise visibility, customer engagement and conversion rates. * Booking platform proficiency – experience with API mapping, platform connectivity, and optimising efficient booking pathways (e.g. Fareharbor) * Strong analytical and reporting skills – ability to interpret data, identify trends, forecast demand, and provide actionable insights for business growth. * CRM expertise: (lots of experience with Sales Force and various other systems) * Proven leadership experience – coach and mentor team members to consistently exceed KPIs and revenue goals * Strong analytical skills and CRM proficiency (Hubspot and others). * A well-established industry network. * Tertiary qualification (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) preferred.
