The purpose of the role is to train our staff to create safer, more inclusive environments. You will be trained to facilitate world-class de-escalation and behaviour support methodologies. The role involves the analysis, design, development, delivery and evaluation of learning programs aligned with our strategy and vision. **About the Role** As a **Trainer,** you will deliver high-impact, person-centred training that changes lives. - Facilitate conflict management and a world class de-escalation programme.(Training will be provided) - Deliver engaging **Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)** training, equipping teams with tools to understand behaviour and improve quality of life through evidence-based, human rights-focused strategies.
