Centra Motor Co – representing Mazda, Hyundai & Isuzu – is seeking an experienced and motivated hands-on Service Manager to lead our busy service department. Based in Oamaru, you’ll be at the heart of our dealership, managing and working alongside a skilled team and ensuring our workshop operates at the highest level of efficiency and customer satisfaction.   With our sister company in Timaru (Hyundai & Isuzu South Canterbury), you'll have an excellent support network. As Service Manager, you will be responsible for: * Leading, motivating, and developing our service team to achieve excellence in workmanship and customer care. * Managing day-to-day operations of the workshop, including workflow, productivity, and quality control. * Maintaining strong customer relationships, handling enquiries, and ensuring a premium aftersales experience. * Monitoring KPIs, budgets, and efficiency targets. * Coordinating with parts and sales departments to ensure smooth operations. * Upholding manufacturer and dealership standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
