Hands on, sleeves up, and culture strong. This General Manager – Operations role is all about bringing the heat to our systems, service, and team culture. We need someone who thrives on day shifts but isn’t afraid to dive into the action on busy evenings, weekends, and during our epic events. It's all about balance. This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be the heartbeat of the front line — leading from the floor, motivating a seasoned crew, and keeping the good times rolling with professionalism, energy, and a splash of mischief. We need a General Manager who can: Lead without being a dick. Keep a team humming like a freshly tapped keg. Spot a dodgy stocktake from a mile off. Charm guests, tackle complaints, high-five the dishwasher, and jump on the till — all before lunch. What you’ll bring: Leadership that makes your crew want to show up and smash it. Systems smarts (Loaded, Operandio, compliance — the whole shebang). A guest-first mindset (like, really… the guest pays your wage). Stock-savvy, cost-conscious and not afraid of a spreadsheet.
