**Role Summary: ** Working in the Finishing department, you'll be responsible for accurately blending fibre to meet colour and quality standards. This includes safely operating machinery, maintaining high housekeeping standards, and recording materials with precision. You'll monitor equipment, report issues, and maintain a clean, safe work area.
