Vehicle Washbay Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated individual to lead our vehicle washbay team. As Vehicle Washbay Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and presentation of our rental fleet, ensuring high standards, efficient workflow, and a safe work environment. Minimum 12 months experience in a vehicle washbay environment, a full driver’s licence, good command of the English language is required, good command of Spanish is preferred but not essential. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and support washbay staff, including rosters and training * Maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in the washbay * Ensure vehicles are cleaned to company standards and on schedule * Conduct regular equipment checks and basic maintenance * Report on operations and suggest improvements Requirements: * 12 months experience in a vehicle washbay or automotive environment. * Strong leadership and communication skills * High attention to detail and a strong work ethic * Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment Based in Queenstown, the role is full time with a minimum 30 hours per week. Pay is in the range of $28.00 to $33.00 per hour depending on experience
