About the role Alongside your team, you will: * Process customer orders accurately and promptly resolve any arising issues to ensure customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with transportation partners to arrange prompt and efficient delivery to our trade customers. * Provide vital support and communication to Account Managers on orders * Diligently track backorders to ensure comprehensive follow-up and fulfilment. * Provide customer services support at the front counter when needed by swiftly identifying suitable products, preparing and loading customer orders, and completing sales documentation accurately.
