Role: This role is a permanent full time position with our client. You will lead drainage operations across diverse civil infrastructure projects, overseeing design reviews, implementation, and delivery of 3 Waters infrastructure. Providing technical expertise and advice, you'll support project teams, clients, and stakeholders while driving business growth through strategic planning, resource management, and accurate estimating. Responsible for budgeting, P&L results, and capex, you will identify new opportunities to expand the activity and foster strong client relationships. In addition to managing finances and resources, you'll mentor and develop your team, champion high standards of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility, and promote company values. You'll also ensure the efficient use of equipment and continuously seek improvements to enhance performance and operational efficiency. What we are looking for: * Hold a management-level tertiary qualification (Essential). * Proven experience in greenfield developments and infrastructure implementation/upgrades. * Experience with P&L accountability, budgeting, capex planning, and achieving commercial targets (advantageous but not essential). * A strong track record in successfully delivering projects on time and to a high standard. * Strong 3 Waters experience, a relevant drainage qualification is advantageous. * Strong communication skills, confident engaging with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
