Represent the client on-site, ensuring the contractor delivers to programme, budget, and quality expectations. You’ll act as the client’s eyes and ears throughout construction — monitoring progress, quality, and safety while maintaining strong communication between contractors, consultants, and the client team. What you'll get - $70–$90 per hour - Paid for every hour worked - Immediate start - See the project through to completion About the role Oversee and manage the contractor’s on-site performance to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality. - Monitor site progress - Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, QSs, and the main contractor - Review workmanship and quality - Manage health and safety compliance - Track budgets and variations - Attend site meetings and report to the client team - Ensure client interests are protected Skills & experience - Strong understanding of construction methodology and programmes - Knowledge of building standards and safety regulations - Experience with main contractor commercial projects - Ability to interpret drawings and architectural plans Interested?
