Rixon Contracting is a family-owned Auckland based Civil Construction Company which has been operating since 1980. We have a small valuable team that specializes in the installation of utility services (power, water, telco and drainage) for both the public and private sector. We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator with a proven track record to join our team to help deliver the Overhead to Underground project for Vector power in Beachlands. • The ability to read and understand both Design and Service Plans. • Ability to scope job and determine possible drill/trench windows. • Competent excavator operator with experience in service location. • Proven track record, able to problem solve and meet deadlines. • Preferably class 2 license with WTR. This role would suit someone with practical experience within the Directional Drilling industry and the installation of utility services.
