About the Role As the Sales & Customer Support Engineer, you will provide technical and applications support to customers, ensuring accurate product information and efficient order processing. You will also work closely with the Service Centre team, offering technical guidance to meet customer requirements and support effective operations. Skills & Experience * Minimum 5 years' experience in sales support, customer service, and order processing within a technical or engineering environment. * Strong technical skills, including the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Proven ability to provide accurate technical advice and solutions to customers. * Experience working in a Service Centre environment. * Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) preferred. * Excellent communication skills (fluent in English), with a customer-first approach. * Knowledge of H&S and workplace safety requirements.
