**About the Role:** The Salvation Army Bridge Centres exists to provide safe, integrated, high-quality treatment and support services to people whose lives have been affected by alcohol or substance use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our services are evidenced based best practice and are known for being people-centered, caring, transformative and responsive. The Salvation Army Bridge Programme currently has a vacancy for a **suitably qualified and experienced senior Residential Support Worke**r to be our Coordinator. Versatility will be required regarding hours, and will include one shift per weekend. This is a split role covering 2 days as a residential support worker and 3 days in the co-ordinator role, and includes meeting with team members on other sites across all shifts. The applicant must have **experience** in support work in an addiction or mental health setting, hold a National Certificate in Mental Health Support Work Level 4 (or equivalent), and have experience managing staff and completing rosters.
