Flexibility across breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts, weekend and public holidays is required. This is a permanent full-time role based at Sudima Auckland Airport. It is a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week paid at $29.50 per hour. Responsibilities | Ngā haepapa The Food & Beverage Duty Manager is responsible for the management and day to day operations of the food and beverage team while on shift in the hotel. This covers restaurant, bar, room service, and function operations whilst maintaining standards and enhancing the guest experience.
