We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proven track record in inventory and logistics management. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products • Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock audits to ensure accuracy • Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance with safety regulations • Optimize space utilization and layout for maximum efficiency • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to meet operational goals • Track KPIs and report on warehouse performance • Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company policies and legal regulations Requirements: • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar logistics role • Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory control, and best practices • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills • Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) • Strong organizational and time-management skills • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred To Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience to Neika@hirestaff.co.nz
