Position Title: Maintenance Engineer Reporting to: Transport Manger/General Manger Role Description: Frews have a wide range of excavators, loaders, trucks, and quarry equipment. This role is focused on day-to-day breakdowns, repairs, maintenance, and improvements to this equipment, ranging from planned maintenance to emergency repairs. This position is largely autonomous but will involve working with subcontractors. Decisions around repairs and prioritising work are made in conjunction with managers. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair breakdowns. Restore and rebuild. Perform scheduled maintenance. Liaise with key suppliers to order parts and materials. Engage with sub-contractors to organise repairs and maintenance. Experience and Knowledge: Strong communication skills. Familiarity with health and safety standards in an industrial setting. Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks. Working knowledge of heavy machinery.
