What You'll Do: * Operate machinery and systems in plaster mills and board manufacturing * Monitor and maintain process control, adhering to SOPs * Replenish production lines to ensure smooth operation * Perform quality checks and report any faults * General manufacturing duties to support daily production What We're Looking For: * Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting (especially with automated equipment) * Valid forklift license and a full NZ driver's license * Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills * Good communication (verbal and written) and basic numeracy * Physically fit - able to lift up to 25kg safely * Must pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol test * Full working rights in New Zealand * Willingness to work a 24/5 rotating roster of 12-hour shifts, with occasional Saturday shifts What's on Offer: * Temp to perm career opportunity with a respected industry leader * Ongoing training and career development pathways * A supportive, safety-first workplace culture * Competitive hourly rates Click APPLY NOW to start YOUR new role!
