* $24.47 P/h plus 8% Holiday Pay * Experienced Blending and Packing Operator * Convenient East Tamaki Location About the Role Draft NZ is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Blending/Packing Operator to join the production team of a reputable food manufacturing client based in East Tamaki. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for blending and packing food ingredients in line with manufacturing orders, while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and quality. Key Responsibilities Blending Operations: * Transport raw materials from the warehouse * Assemble, operate, and dismantle blending equipment * Follow Manufacturing Orders accurately * Complete required documentation and pre-op checks * Tip ingredients safely and efficiently * Maintain cleanliness and follow GMP standards Packing Operations: * Pack ingredients as per Manufacturing Orders * Operate sewing machines and print product labels * Assemble and dismantle packing equipment * Conduct CCP and QCP checks * Transport finished products to the warehouse * Maintain a clean and safe work environment General Duties: * Assist with monthly stock takes * Clean as you go; immediate clean-up of any spills * Follow all workplace health & safety procedures * Ensure compliance with all quality system requirements About You * Current Forklift License - Highly Advantageous * Previous experience in a food production environment * Physically fit and able to perform manual lifting (up to 25kg) * Able to read and write in English * Strong attention to detail * A team player with a positive, proactive attitude * Willingness to learn and take on additional duties What We Offer * Stable, full-time hours with opportunity for overtime * Time and a half for any hours worked over 40 per week * Friendly and supportive team culture * On-the-job training and room for growth * Work with a well-established company in the food sector Apply Now If you're ready to join a reliable team in a hands-on role, we want to hear from you!
