*** ESTATE CLEARANCE *** from Lake Tarawera, ROTORUA *** IMPORTANT: PICK UP MUST BE COMPLETED by 6pm on Tuesday 11th November *** (Please do not bid/buy this set if you cannot pay and pick up by the above time) This is a beautiful old Oak Table which comes with the following: * 2 extensions - giving you 3 size options * 8 chairs - 1 carver & 7 standard Approx dimensions: Width: 1070mm Height: 740mm Length (no extns): 1530mm Length (with 1 extn): 1990mm Length (with 2 extns): 2450mm This is a really fabulous SOLID table, which also means it's incredibly heavy. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you buy it, please bring 3-4 big strong people with you to move it. It's currently located up a flight of stairs. There will be no one on-site who can help move it for you. Please check out the photo's to see the mechanism under the table top to extend it to put in the extensions. It is a really clever and durable chain system. Note: one extension is stored under the table top. The table top itself has some marks on it, please see photo's to get an idea. But, be aware there are some.
