No qualifications or prior experience are required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure all Kaiāwhina I Support Workers are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need. We’re currently hiring for the following workdays / hours: *Flexible schedule from Monday to Sunday, including two days off during the week *Option of morning or afternoon shifts available: 7am – 12pm or 4pm – 8pm Mōhou Ake | About You  *Genuinely love working with people who need support and seeing them thrive *Be intuitive and responsive to people's feelings and needs *Own a smartphone *The right to work in New Zealand *Full/restricted driver's license Whakangungu l Training *Paid training! Our Kaiāwhina Skills Framework training takes place during your first two – four weeks of employment and is a mixture of practical training, online self-directed learning, and working with a buddy trainer.
