This is a hybrid role where some work from home can be accommodated. Key responsibilities: * User and Project Support: Assist researchers with REDCap setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and promote its adoption across the University. * Training and Documentation: Deliver onboarding, create guides and resources, and raise awareness of REDCap features and data management practices. * Compliance and Governance: Ensure REDCap projects meet institutional, ethical, and privacy standards, collaborating with governance and ethics teams. * Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with Te Tai Matihiko - Digital Solutions staff, users, University groups, and external suppliers to support REDCap effectively.
