Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting a Kaitātari Pakihi - Technical Business Analyst to join the Architecture & Design team within Te Tai Matihiko - Digital Solutions on a 3-month, fixed-term, full-time contract. This is a hybrid role where some work from home can be accommodated. Key responsibilities: * User and Project Support: Assist researchers with REDCap setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and promote its adoption across the University. * Training and Documentation: Deliver onboarding, create guides and resources, and raise awareness of REDCap features and data management practices. * Compliance and Governance: Ensure REDCap projects meet institutional, ethical, and privacy standards, collaborating with governance and ethics teams. * Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with Te Tai Matihiko - Digital Solutions staff, users, University groups, and external suppliers to support REDCap effectively. Key requirements: * Strong technical skills in configuring research surveys, managing user roles, troubleshooting, and supporting secure data workflows. * Proven ability to deliver training and develop clear user documentation. * Excellent communication and client service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. * Ability to work collaboratively with researchers, IT staff, and governance teams.
