We’ve got three gelato cafes in Christchurch, and we want YOU to help lead the charge at our New Regent Street location. What You’ll Be Doing: * Lead the team during your shifts when the Cafe Managers are off * Make sure the cafe runs smoothly and stays shiny, from opening to closing * Train and support your team – we’re all about growth! * Handle cash and POS with confidence (you’ve got this) * Keep the vibes high and the gelato cold (well, mostly cold) What We’re Looking For: * 30–35 hours/week minimum across 5 days (with regular weekends off – either Fri/Sat or Sun/Mon) * Barista skills – bonus points if you're a coffee wizard! ☕ * Previous experience as a supervisor in a similar place * Must love talking to people and making them feel welcome – every customer is a friend in the making * Cool with late shifts (we close between 10:30pm-12am, so reliable transport is key!) * No LCQ needed, because we don’t serve alcohol – just pure fun!
