She has a disability but does not need support from the flatmate. She is looking for a flatmate who is tidy, quiet, and respectful. She needs someone who is reliable and is going to be home in the evenings. No parties and no drugs. Rent and utilities is $200 per week and includes electricity and gas (infinity hot water, no cold showers), fibre broadband, rubbish (wheelie bin) and lawn maintenance. Off street parking. Central location only a 10 minute walk to CBD, close to New World, Woolworths, and bus stops. She has a small dog and two cats. Bedroom is furnished with a double bed.
