Heat pump heats open plan living, dining & kitchen area. What you get: - electricity (for all energy needs including hot water, heating, & cooking); - access to unlimited Wi-Fi; - access to Netflix & Amazon Prime; - use of household appliances, kitchen cutlery, crockery, utensils etc; - access to washing machine, dryer, & soap powder; - access to toilet paper, hand soap, & cleaning products; - access to tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk etc. and other common base kitchen essentials such as salt & pepper, cooking oil etc. - regular general cleaning of shared areas of the house is taken care of for you, including bathroom & toilet. Just need to keep your own room clean & tidy, and the kitchen (when you are cooking for yourself). - regular household rubbish disposal; - regular maintenance of the lawns & gardens, keeping the property looking and feeling nice.
