As a Lead Installer, you’ll be the head onsite installer for Palmerston North, ensuring that every job meets our high standards of craftsmanship and durability. You’ll take pride in producing top-tier work, leading installations, and working alongside a dedicated team that values quality and teamwork. You won’t be doing this alone. While you’ll be leading the way in Palmerston North and the wider region, you’ll be part of a tight-knit team spread across five regions, working together to support each other, share expertise, and ensure every project is a success. CONSTRUCTION * Lead high-quality installations of outdoor rooms and related products * Ensure an exceptional level of finish – no scratches, dents, or defects in completed projects * Problem-solve onsite challenges to keep jobs on track 2. CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION * Liaise with customers before installation to confirm details and expectations * Provide clear updates during the project and address any concerns * Ensure customers are happy with the final result and answer any post-installation questions 3. LOGISTICS * Maintain an organised, clean, and well-stocked work van and storage areas * Ensure all tools and equipment meet health and safety standards * Coordinate with the team to keep jobs running smoothly ONE TEAM, MANY LOCATIONS Although you’ll be leading installations in Palmerston North and the wider Manawatū-Whanganui region, you’ll be part of a national team with a strong support network. Across five regions, our installers and Experts work together, share knowledge, and back each other up to ensure the best results.
