Position Overview We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Machinery Assembly Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role ideally suited to someone who thrives in a production environment, has a passion for machinery, and is comfortable interpreting technical drawings and applying practical skills in hydraulics and basic electrical systems. Key Responsibilities * Assemble a range of agricultural machinery in accordance with technical drawings and specifications will be helpful * Carry out basic hydraulic plumbing and low-voltage electrical wiring tasks as part of the assembly process will be favourable * Perform quality control checks and report any mechanical or component issues. * Collaborate with engineering and workshop teams to ensure efficient workflow. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the assembly department. Key Requirements * Proven mechanical aptitude and experience with assembly work (agricultural or industrial preferred). * Ability to read and interpret basic assembly drawings and schematics. * Competency in basic hydraulics and low-voltage electrical systems. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship. * Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and within a team environment. * Physically fit and able to lift and carry parts and tools 20kg and above and manoeuvre in and around tight spaces * Forklift licence or welding experience is advantageous but not essential.
