We are looking for energetic, self motivated team players to join our small team of filleters. About the Role: * Skinning, boning, and filleting fish to a high standard * Processing, portioning, and packing fish to suit market requirements * Assist us in maintaining the highest levels of product quality * Work collaboratively as part of our experienced team * Follow all hygiene, food safety, health and safety guidelines and protocols * Assist with general cleaning, processing, and maintenance as required * Hours of work are generally 6:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday, but can occasionally include weekend days and hours outside of usual week. About you: * Must be a fit and proper person to meet the moderate physical requirements of the role * A keen and positive attitude * Experience in filleting, production, or food role * Reliable and flexible. As we process and export fresh fish, we require staff that are reliable and flexible to work with factory requirements * Training can be offered to the right candidate Added bonus: * Forklift license * Class 4 heavy vehicle license
