Our client’s Digital team is looking for a Delivery Coordinator to help run and optimise their sprint and delivery cycles. About The Role As the Delivery Coordinator, you’ll be working closely with the Delivery Manager to ensure the team operates efficiently, projects stay on track and stakeholders receive clear communication. You’ll be at the centre of their application delivery process acting as the key coordinator. You’ll ensure sprints run smoothly, deliverables are met and stakeholders are engaged. Key Responsibilities * Facilitate and lead sprint sessions * Coordinating project planning and delivery activities across teams and vendors * Document and track deliverables across teams including reporting priorities and alignment to business objectives * Assisting the administration of incident and service request management * Assisting maintenance of Jira/Confluence documentation and ensuring best practice is used * Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure expectations are clear and met * Drive agile practices and support continuous improvement About You * Prior experience in an administrative or coordination role within IT, Digital or software delivery * Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery (Scrum Master or similar) * Strong coordination and communication skills * Proven ability to work across diverse technical and business teams * ITIL experience is essential * Strong Microsoft, Jira and confluence experience is essential If you’re looking for a role where you can lead delivery, work with great people, and make an impact-let’s talk.
