





Workshop Manager opportunity in Cromwell! Are you a skilled Motorcycle Technician ready to take the next step in your career? This is your opportunity to move into a Workshop Manager role and lead a team in a busy, hands-on environment. My client is a leading agricultural machinery, parts, and servicing, company who have a strong reputation for quality, reliability and EXCELLENT customer service. The right candidate will have a strong mechanical background, ideally as a QFD Technician, with experience in the agricultural machinery space (preferred but not essential) You'll be organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities while leading by example with a hands-on, “can-do” attitude. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate confidently with both team members and customers are key.
