Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Scaffolder to join our Dunedin team. This is a permanent, full-time position, offering an excellent opportunity for career growth within a supportive and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a crew of scaffolders, ensuring efficient and safe operations on site • Maintain high standards of work ethic, reliability, and communication. • Liaise effectively with managers, team members, and clients. • Uphold Brazier Scaffolding’s commitment to safety and quality on every job. Requirements: • Proven experience in the scaffolding industry - minimum 3 years experience. • Intermediate or Advanced Scaffolding COC certification • Consistently reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. • Excellent communication skills across all levels of the team. • Must hold a NZ residence Visa or Citizenship. • Minimum Class 1 driving licence (Class 2 preferred). What We Offer: • Competitive pay rates, Minimum of 40 hours a week (regular 50 hours +) • Pay rate between $30 - $40 per hour (dependent on experience). • All relevant PPE provided. • Opportunities for industry training in scaffolding. • Training for Class 2 and 4 driving licenses. • Potential for career development for the right person.
