This role offers hands-on experience working across a range of civil construction projects in a supportive and safety-focused environment. Responsibilities: * Assist with a variety of construction tasks on-site, including site preparation, material handling, and general clean-up duties. * Operate basic tools as directed by supervisors and skilled tradespersons. * Support skilled workers and project teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards. * Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures to maintain a safe workplace for yourself and others. * Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to contribute to a positive, productive work environment. Skills and Experience Required * Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or similar physical work is an advantage, but not essential. * Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and take direction. * Physically fit and able to carry out manual labour, often outdoors and in variable weather conditions. * Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high health and safety standards. * Eligibility to work in New Zealand is essential.
