My client is a well-established civil construction company delivering projects across drainage, structures, and general infrastructure throughout the Hawke's Bay region. They are seeking an experienced Structures Supervisor to oversee structural works, manage on-site teams, and ensure high-quality delivery from start to finish. You'll take ownership of day-to-day site activities, coordinating self-performing crews, subcontractors, and plant while maintaining a strong focus on health, safety, and programme delivery. Key responsibilities Lead and coordinate site crews and subcontractors. Oversee concrete, steel, and formwork operations. Manage daily site activities, materials, and plant. Review drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy. Maintain QA documentation, site reporting, and H&S compliance. Collaborate with Engineers and Project Managers to resolve on-site issues. You'll bring: Proven experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in civil or structural construction. Strong understanding of concrete, steelwork, and general civils. Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications. Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills. Commitment to safety and quality outcomes. Full NZ driver's licence and working rights in New Zealand.
