Our Opportunity: Due to ongoing growth and innovation, we have 8 new Process Worker roles available in our wetfish factory, for hardworking, reliable and physically fit individuals keen to learn and grow with a great company. Key Tasks: Processing and packing of fish species within set time frames, which meet quality food and safety standards Processing, grading and packing of fish for specific orders General labouring and quality control responsibilities Health & safety and food safety and quality This is a team-based role, so you need to enjoy working with others, supporting your team and ensuring together targets are met, you keep each other safe and are always working to a high standard. We operate our factories and processing functions to the strictest standard of food safety and compliance. It requires every one of our people to be committed to achieving this high standard, adhering to all health & safety requirements and aligning behaviour, performance and engagement to our values and code of conduct. What You Will Bring: As team player, with a strong work ethic, who is honest and reliable, you will enjoy learning new skills, working with good people and following process. Ideally will have experience working in a factory/production environment; FMCG/fresh foods and/ or primary industry. You need good communications skills- verbal and written and have the natural ability to pick up new things quickly and effectively.
