Who We’re Looking For: We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented ArchiCAD Technician to join our dynamic team. Whether you’re a graduate starting your professional journey or an experienced technician, we welcome applicants from all levels. You’ll work on a wide range of projects — from residential to commercial, with a strong focus on design and documentation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your design and technical expertise while being supported by a team of experienced and collaborative professionals. What you’ll do: * Produce accurate 2D/3D documentation in ArchiCAD (Teamwork/BIMcloud). * Prepare building consent documentation aligned to the NZ Building Code and local council requirements. * Coordinate with consultants and manage RFIs. * Contribute to QA/document control and stay current with BIM & ArchiCAD best practice. What you’ll bring: * ArchiCAD proficiency (essential). Exposure to BIMcloud/Teamwork and IFC coordination is a plus. * Working knowledge of NZ construction methods and codes (desirable — training provided). * A creative mindset. * Strong attention to detail; ability to read, interpret and coordinate architectural/consultant drawings. * Clear communicator; collaborative and keen to learn.
